As Co-Owner and President of Efinity Mortgage, Mr. Hardman is responsible for leading all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Training, and Processing. He brings 16+ years of financial services leadership to the firm along with demonstrated success in helping companies and sales teams dramatically increase their sales while having world-class service and operations.
Prior to joining Efinity Mortgage, Mr. Hardman was the Executive Vice President of Georgetown Mortgage overseeing $500mm+ in sales growth in a 3 year period. He also served as a Regional Manager of Sente Mortgage, 1st Vice President of JPMorgan Chase, and Vice President & Area Manager of Bank of America. In addition, he has served on the Board for the Dallas and Texas Mortgage Bankers Association(s) while being named “Mortgage Banker of the Year” in 2014.

Chief Executive Officer
Founder of Efinity Mortgage, Mr. Pietzsch has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Efinity Mortgage since August of 2009. Mr. Pietzsch is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of Efinity, including financial performance, operational development, compliance, board and strategic partner communications and team development. He also serves as Chairman of Efinity Group’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Pietzsch has over 20 year of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to starting the Efinity Group, he served as regional product director for National City Bank, vice president of National Operations at Bear Stearns/EMC, Vice President at Legacy Financial Group, and production manager of Homecomings Financial. He is currently a member of both the Mortgage Bankers and Texas Mortgage Bankers Association(s).
Through his professional experiences; Mr. Pietzsch knew there was a better way for consumers to work with financial professionals. It has been this drive which has driven Efinity to records production and client referral heights year in and year out.
