Green Goddess Wrap

Creamy, herby, and packed with protein — this is the lunch you'll make on repeat.

If you've ever stared into your fridge at noon, desperate for something that feels fresh and satisfying without requiring an hour of your day — this wrap was made for you. The Green Goddess Wrap brings together a luscious herb-forward sauce, crisp vegetables, and a serious protein punch, all rolled up in a warm tortilla you can take on the go.

It comes together in about 15 minutes. Most of that is chopping. The dressing blends in under a minute, and if you keep rotisserie chicken on hand, there's nothing to cook at all.

"Everything you want in a lunch — bright, creamy, filling — and it comes together in the time it takes to boil water."

Why This One Works

The green goddess dressing has been having a very well-deserved moment, and for good reason. Made with fresh basil, chives, Greek yogurt, and lemon, it's rich and tangy without the heaviness of a mayo-based dressing. It clings to crisp romaine, juicy cucumber, and tender chicken in a way that makes every bite taste intentional.

The real standout is just how protein-rich this wrap is without feeling heavy. Between the grilled chicken breast and the thick Greek yogurt base in the dressing, you're looking at close to 40 grams of protein per wrap — more than enough to carry you well into the afternoon without the 2pm crash.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Tip 01
Use rotisserie chicken
It skips the cooking step entirely. Just shred, season lightly, and go. The flavor holds up well wrapped.
Tip 02
Dry your greens
Excess moisture makes the wrap soggy fast. Spin or pat the romaine dry before adding it to the tortilla.
Tip 03
Warm the tortilla
30 seconds per side in a dry skillet makes it pliable and easy to roll without tearing — especially with a full filling.
Tip 04
Store the dressing separately
If you're meal prepping, keep the dressing in a jar in the fridge and add it fresh. It stays bright and creamy for 4–5 days.

Serves 2
Protein ~38g
Calories ~520
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full fat)
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves, packed
  • ¼ cup fresh chives, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 12 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

  1. 1
Add the Greek yogurt, basil, chives, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and bright green, about 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. 2
Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, until pliable and lightly golden. Remove from heat.
  3. 3
Spread a generous layer of green goddess dressing across the center of each tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. 4
Layer on the romaine, chicken, cucumber slices, avocado, red onion, and feta. Don't overfill — leave enough room to roll the wrap tightly.
  5. 5
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll firmly from the bottom up. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in parchment paper for on-the-go.
