Kara's professional journey has been defined by her ability to attract, engage, and develop top talent. Most recently, she served as a Staffing Consultant, where she leveraged her expertise in management, sales, and analytics to build solutions-driven recruiting outcomes. Prior to that, she held the role of Director of People & Culture and Partner, where she collaborated directly with executive leadership to craft and execute strategies that shaped the organization from the inside out.

Now, Kara brings that same passion and precision to Efinity Mortgage. Her mission is clear: to identify and recruit the best mortgage professionals — originators, branch managers, and operations talent who share our commitment to excellence, integrity, and results.
